Refund

After we issue a refund authorization to the bank, credit will appear on the customer's statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on the time required for the card issuing bank to process such transaction. Credit will be issued for part cost, tax and shipping less any re-stocking fees (where applicable). Shipping charges will not be refunded in all cases. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds will only be made to the same card used for the original purchase.

Shipping

All of our products are shipped by DHL ,or by EMS, depending on whichever service has the shortest delivery time to your location.
1. We will ship ordered item(s) within 1-2 working days after the payment is completed.
2. The shipment usually takes 3-7 days (depends on the shipping method you choose, your location and custom clearance in your country) to reach your address registered on our web database.
3. Shipping will be via commercial courier (DHL, EMS) to reach your door steps.
4. Damage due to shipping must be reported within 3 days upon receipt of parcel.
